Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- A $6 flat rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Final sale items cannot be returned.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item.
To request an exchange, email us at info@thefurryfolks.com with your order number and the size or item you'd like to exchange for.
- A $6 flat rate return shipping fee will be invoiced separately and must be paid before we ship the replacement item.
- For international exchanges, customers are responsible for both return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item.
- Items must meet the same return conditions (unused, in original packaging).
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus the $6 return shipping fee.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card company.
If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be in their original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
